Many‌ ‌new‌ ‌employees‌ ‌are‌ ‌tasked‌ ‌with‌ ‌doing‌ ‌basic‌ ‌data‌ ‌analysis to support business goals. They often have not had to do this before and there is a learning curve to providing the best value with the analysis they have. There are several best practices that are often only gained after years of experience. This module teaches those best practices in an interactive and engaging way. The module puts Knowles' Principles of Adult Learning (andragogy) into practice and includes a downloadable job aid to link learning to performance. There are also a before and after managers survey to determine the effect of the module on job performance and multiple accessibility options. This module was designed using an iterative version of the ADDIE model. See below for the supporting design documents.
